Cadbury House Wedding Photographers – Amy & Tim’s Wedding
Our first 30 mins on arrival at Cadbury House were spent in the car, waiting for the torrential rain to stop ……which it did, eventually. This is the first wedding we have photographed in quite a while where the whole bridal party have been ready in plenty of time. No last minute panics, nobody rushing and everyone was so relaxed which meant some great photos. Amy & Tim ‘tied the knot’ with a civil ceremony & had a couple of readings which we were unfamiliar with; “The One” and “Extract from the Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams”. The weather looked Read More
Tortworth Court Wedding Photographers – Theresa & Dan’s Wedding
Tortworth Court’s gardens looked very Autumnal with gorgeous oranges, yellows and greens and after Theresa saying she loved red, I knew her colour scheme would work perfectly. Her bridesmaids were dressed in red and even James, the Master of Ceremonies (a very funny guy!) was of course, also dressed in a red jacket. Theresa & Dan had opted for their ceremony in The Orangery and just as the bridal party were due to walk there from the main building, the heavens opened so up went the brollies keeping everyone dry. During the ceremony, the rain became heavier and heavier which Read More
Cripps Stone Barn Wedding – Emma & Chris
After meeting Emma & Chris last May, we knew this would be a relaxed, fun wedding. We were really looking forward to returning to Cripps Stone Barn after last year’s helicopter flight, (check out Lyndsey & Kevin’s blog post for the full story). On arrival at Emma’s parents’ house, Alan (Emma’s father) was organising everybody and even ticked a box on his timeline to show we were there – what a great project manager! I often recommend plenty of time for bridal preparations but this doesn’t always happen. Thankfully, Emma had given herself plenty of time and with Jodi Croft doing Read More
Westonbirt Arboretum Wedding Photographers – Debbie & Matt’s Wedding
Debbie & Matt had their hearts set on a colourful, autumnal wedding and rather than opt for a church, they decided on Westonbirt Arboretum as their perfect backdrop. It was great fun watching the girls getting ready, Debbie & Eunice particularly were in high spirits and the colour scheme was fab (check out Debbie’s ‘Irregular Choice’ shoes & Eunice’s mango coloured dress!) Sticking with the autumnal theme, the bouquets by ‘Oops a Daisy’ contained Mango Calla Lilies, Anastasia Roses & Cherry Brandy Roses. Debbie had attached a blue brooch to the bouquet, to remember her Grandmother by. We love photographing Read More
Kingscote Barn Summer Wedding – Rosie & Dave
We were back to one of our favourite venues today; Kingscote Barn with its stunning Cotswold views. Dave had placed hand-painted signs on nearby road junctions to guide guests to the barn (we love those personal touches at a wedding). As a landscape gardener for the National Trust, Dave and his bride had opted for a garden theme and the ceremony room was strewn with beautiful, original flower displays by Sorori Design Florists. Guest were also invited to take home a potted home grown herb: thyme, rosemary, basil. Keeping with the gardening theme, Dave had drawn the table plan in Read More

Kingscote Barn Wedding Photographers – Themed Flower Displays
Amazing flowers & originally designed arrangements by Sorori Florists for Rosie & Dave’s recent wedding at Kingscote Barn. The couple had requested a different themed flower display for each table: Rose Garden, Wild Flower Meadow, Lavender Walk, Herb Garden etc, all of which reflected Dave’s skills as a landscape gardener. The barn looked stunning! Read More

Berkeley Castle Wedding Photographers – Lizzie & Neil
We can plan for most things except the weather and, it would appear road works! Like those which appeared the day before Lizzie & Neil’s wedding right outside Lizzie’s parents’ house. So we had diggers, traffic cones, lights, signs and one way traffic to contend with. Thankfully, Lizzie’s parents were on the case and when Lizzie was ready to leave, the helpful workmen cleared an area beside the house, turned both sets of traffic lights onto red so that Lizzie could cross the road to get into her wedding car and set off for her fairytale wedding at Berkeley Castle. The Swan, Bibury Wedding Photographers – Rachael & Craig
Do weather forecasters ever get it right? After weeks and weeks of glorious, sunny weather, we knew it had to break at some point and of course, Rachael & Craig’s wedding day was the predicted day for torrential rain & storms. So with the brollies & raincoats at the ready, we travelled to The Swan Hotel in Bibury. We had met with Rachael & Craig for a pre-wedding shoot a couple of weeks previously so we knew that they were so keen to have an outside ceremony; was their wish going to come true? Hang on in there folks, you’ll Read More
