We met Skyla & David at The Swan Hotel in Bibury back in July for an engagement shoot; a gloriously hot, sunny day, arrrh that was a lovely summer. Our first 30 mins on arrival at Cadbury House were spent in the car, waiting for the torrential rain to stop ……which it did, eventually. This is the first wedding we have photographed in quite a while where the whole bridal party have been ready in plenty of time. No last minute panics, nobody rushing and everyone was so relaxed which meant some great photos. After meeting Emma & Chris last May, we knew this would be a relaxed, fun wedding. We were back to one of our favourite venues today; Kingscote Barn with its stunning Cotswold views. Dave had placed hand-painted signs on nearby road junctions to guide guests to the barn (we love those personal touches at a wedding). As a landscape gardener for the National Trust, Dave and his bride had opted for a garden theme and the ceremony room was strewn with beautiful, original flower displays by Sorori Design Florists.
